FORM TO COMPLETE BY EXHIBITORS (AND STAND BUILDERS):
It’s mandatory to send the completed Health Safety Notice for Exhibitors ESHRE 2025 to sps@d-o-t.fr before 26 May 2025.

FIRE SAFETY GUIDE
Please read the Fire & Safety guide thoroughly

You need to be certified either by:

  1. One of the 8 French labs certified by the Interior Ministry (French certification)
  2. A lab from a European origin country – certified by origin country Authorities and to be established with the Euroclass Standard (UK certificates at Euroclass Standard are still valid)
  3. SGS Laboratory is not certified in France: All materials certified by SGS Laboratory are not allowed for the construction in the Halls.
