Course description

This webinar focuses on the pivotal role of leadership in IVF centers, exploring its impact on team dynamics, staff well-being, and clinical outcomes. Through a series of expert ted-talks, participants will gain insights into effective leadership strategies, practical approaches to managing challenges, and tips for fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Target audience

This webinar is designed for IVF center directors, IVF laboratory directors, clinicians, embryologists, quality managers and healthcare professionals involved in fertility clinic management who aim to enhance their leadership skills and improve team dynamics

Needs assessment

The needs assessment was conducted by analysing current challenges faced by IVF centres, including high staff turnover, burnout and the need for improved leadership skills. Educational needs were identified through literature review, surveys and expert feedback, highlighting the importance of leadership training to address staff well-being, toxic behaviours and team dynamics for optimised clinical outcomes.
