Course description
This course will cover the main aspects of the implantation process from the point of view of both the embryo and the endometrium, up to early pregnancy issues like miscarriage. Biochemical, molecular and pathophysiological aspects of the inherent processes will be covered to provide the audience with a novel perspective to face an old topic. The audience will get an overview of the causes, consequences and management of impaired endometrial receptivity, embryonic chromosomal aneuploidies, miscarriage after both aneuploid and euploid conceptions.
Target audience
Embryologists, Gynecologists, IVF specialists, geneticists, molecular biologists, nurses.
Educational needs and expected outcomes
