ESHRE has appointed new editors-in-chief for two of its four journals

Nils Lambalk, appointed as EiC of Human Reproduction in 2018 will be succeeded by Kirstine Kirkegaard and Christopher Barratt.
Madelon van Wely will become the new EiC of Human Reproduction Update, succeeding Arne Sunde following completion of two three-year terms.
Michele Boiani and Edgardo Somigliana remain in place as EiCs of Molecular Human Reproduction and Human Reproduction Open.


Infertility linked to onset of systemic autoimmune rheumatic disease after childbirth

Women who experience infertility but do not use fertility treatments have a higher risk of developing a group of conditions called systemic autoimmune rheumatic diseases (SARD) in the nine years after a naturally conceived birth compared to women without fertility problems.
