Registration Campus workshop Frankfurt 2025

This Campus workshop will be a traditional in-person event with live broadcast. Registrants not traveling to the Campus event can watch all the Scientific Sessions live through the Workshop Event App.
You can register with the online registration form.  Should you want to register after 1 December 2025, for in-person attendance,  please contact the registration team (registration@eshre.eu) directly to see if there are still some places available.

Registration fees include:

  • Attendance to all sessions
  • Workshop App
  • Certificate of attendance
  • On-demand access to the recordings on eCampus

ESHRE will foresee lunch and coffee breaks for in-person attendees.

Please note!

  • Registrations offer full access to the full live scientific programme held in real-time on 4-6 December 2025.
  • The registration fees are non-refundable
  • All prices mentioned are in Euro, exclusive 19% German VAT
  • Deadline early registration: 4 November 2025 (23:59 CET). Registrations can only be validated and confirmed when accompanied by payment. Please make sure ESHRE receives payment by the applicable deadline.
  • Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. For registrations after 24 November 2025 it is no longer possible to pay by bank transfer.  From 25 November onwards, registrations can only be finalised by credit card (VISA, American Express or Mastercard).
