Exhibitors desk

RAI is ESHRE’s official supplier of booth material for the stand holders (e.g. furniture, carpet, catering, electricity etc.).
RAI will have an Exhibitors desk in Entree C (where the Registration area is located).
The stand holders could already order booth material in the RAI’s Webshop before the start of the congress.

Responsibilities Exhibitors Desk:

  • Handle last minute orders of stands
  • Answer technical questions stand builders and holders
  • Answer questions about access and parking from stand builders and holders

  • Thursday, 4 July from 08.00 to 17.00
  • Friday 5 July from 08.00 to 17.00
  • Saturday 6 July from 08.00 to 17.00
  • Sunday 7 July from 07.30 to 20.00
  • Monday 8 July from 07.30 to 18.00
  • Tuesday 9 July from 08.00 to 18.00
  • Wednesday 10 July from 08.00 to 15.00
