Course description
With the advancement of molecular techniques making single cell level analysis more and more possible, we have recently gained more insight in the molecular signalling pathways governing human embryo development. Importantly, this information is also very valuable for human embryonic stem cell derivation and affects its efficiency. In this PCC, novel insights in human embryology both on the morphological and molecular level will be correlated with human embryonic stem cell derivation.
Target audience
Embryologists, stem cell researchers, reproductive genetic researchers
