“As a student of a Clinical Embryology, COVID-19 has had a great impact on my professional development. All activities in our labs have stopped, so that research work is stagnant while deadlines for submissions remain the same. As I’ve also been in lockdown for over 3 months now, I’ve also seen a huge effect on my personal lifestyle. However, deep inside I know that these steps are necessary to fight this virus. It will be interesting to see the long-term effects of this pandemic on mankind and how our technological world adapts.“
