Registration for the Best of ASRM and ESHRE

Beware of fraudulent websites and e-mails that pretend to offer registration for our Best Of meeting. Note that eshre.eu is the only official domain.

Individual and group registrations can ONLY be made online, on this official ESHRE website.

The registration fee includes:

- in-person admission to all sessions
- a certificate of attendance
- on-demand access post meeting
- access to the meeting app

Individual registrations

Member registration fees applicable only for ESHRE and ASRM members in good standing order. Want to benefit from the member registration fee, sign up for ESHRE membership now and benefit not only on your Best of ASRM and ESHRE registration, but on so much more.

Group registrations

Organisations (i.e. companies, institutions etc.) who wish to support individuals and register groups can do so by purchasing a given number of individual registration codes.
These codes can then be distributed to individuals of their choice. The individuals who receive a code can use it to register for the The Best of ASRM and ESHRE 2025.

The minimum number of required participants for a group registration is 10.

Visitor registrations

In addition to the above, individuals who only wish to visit the exhibit can do so by registering as a Visitor. This option does not include access to the official scientific programme.

The visitor registration fee is 184,50 Euro (inclusive 23% Portuguese VAT)

Please note!

• Registration fees include access to the main programme, exhibition and on-demand recordings.
• When you start registration as a non-member, you will have the opportunity to apply for membership in the same process.
• Registration fees are non-refundable.
• All prices mentioned are in Euro and inclusive 23% Portuguese VAT.
• The registration fees may differ, depending on the time of registration and payment – take note of the deadline dates.
• Registrations are validated and confirmed when accompanied by payment. Please make sure ESHRE receives payment in the bank by the applicable deadline.
• Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer
  • Clearly mention your registration number in the description, when completing your bank transfer.
  • Remittance should be free of charge to the recipient (ESHRE).
  • Wire transfers will no longer be a payment option as from 10 days prior to the fee deadlines. They will only be possible until Tuesday, 21 January 2025 for early registrations and Tuesday 18 February 2025 for standard registrations.
• Programme sessions will become available to watch on-demand on ESHREs eCampus platform.
• Congress badges must be worn at all times by participants. Please note that if you lose or misplace your badge, you will be required to pay an administrative fee of 100 Euro to have a new badge issued.
