FLOOR SPACE ONLY (up to max. 27m²)
- Is a booth space without a shell scheme
- It is the Exhibitor’s responsibility to take care of the design, set-up, installation, cleaning and dismantling of the booth
- Furniture, catering, power, plants, staff, cleaning and waste can be rented through the congress venue and come at an additional cost
FLOOR SPACE + SHELL SCHEME (up to max. 27m²)
- Is a booth space including a shell scheme
- It is designed for exhibitors who do not design and construct their own stand
- It is set up, cleaned daily and dismantled by the official congress stand builder
- Furniture, catering, power, plants, staff, cleaning and waste can be rented through the congress venue and come at an additional cost
Please note that your booth space should be separated from your neighbouring exhibitors by means of a wall.
The shell scheme includes:
- White wall panels L100 x H250 cm
- Industrial floor carpeting (to choose from 5 available colors in catalogue)
- Structure in satin finish and aluminum molding, 3 cm square profiles
- Exhibitor identification in self-adhesive vinyl (up to 20 graphic characters)
- 1 x Round white table + 2 x white chairs + 1 dustbin
- Electricity – Daytime power 3kw including triple plug
- Lighting: 2 spotlights (50W) per 9m2
- Build-up and dismantling
- 1st cleaning and daily cleaning for 3 days

How to book a booth space
RANKING LIST
The bookings opened on Monday 7 October 2024 at 14:00.
Please note that the ranking list, which will also be used for ESHRE2025, will be valid until 15 November 2024.
After this date all bookings will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

YOUR EXHIBITOR PAGE in CONGRESS APP
A virtual exhibitor page in the congress app is included in the booth space rental based on the square metres that you are booking.
- Basic page for floor spaces of 9m²
- Superior page for floor spaces of 18m²
- Premium page for floor spaces of 27m²
The virtual exhibitor page will be available in the congress app of the Meeting.
