Registration Campus workshop Barcelona 2025
This Campus workshop will be a traditional in-person event with live broadcast. Registrants not traveling to the Campus event can watch all the Scientific Sessions live through the Workshop Event App.

Registration fees include:
- Attendance to all sessions
- Workshop App

- On-demand access to the recordings on eCampus
ESHRE will foresee lunch and coffee breaks for in-person attendees.
Please note!
- Registrations offer full access to the full virtual/live scientific programme held in real-time on 22-23 September 2025. The recordings will become available to participants on eCampus.
- The registration fees are non-refundable
- All prices mentioned are in Euro, not subject to VAT
- Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. For registrations after 12 September 2025 it is no longer possible to pay by bank transfer. From 13 September onwards, registrations can only be finalised by credit card (VISA, American Express or Mastercard).
- Deadline early registration: 22 August 2025 (23:59 CET). Registrations can only be validated and confirmed when accompanied by payment. Please make sure ESHRE receives payment by the applicable deadline.
