All participants and their accompanying persons are warmly invited to join us for the Opening Ceremony to mark the official start of ESHRE 2019. After the Opening Ceremony, all participants are officially invited to the Welcome Reception in the industrial exhibit. It will be an ideal occasion for meeting our industrial sponsors and for networking with other participants. 

Attendance to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception are complimentary.

Monday 24 June 2019 at 6.30 p.m.

ESHRE’s charity run gives ESHRE members and participants a chance to team up with Fertility Europe, ESHRE’s partner patient organisation, to do a little good for their own health and help raise funds for patient groups throughout Europe. 

The registration fee for the run is 30 Euro (10% Austrian VAT inclusive). For this year's edition it is not possible to add the Charity run as an extra to your registration. You can register with this separate registration form
 

Tuesday, 25 June 2019 at 8.00 p.m.

All delegates are invited to take part in the “Tuesday Evening Networking Event” with fingerfood, drinks and entertainment at restaurant 'Mensa, located at the Vienna University of Economics & Business, within walking distance of the venue.

Participation is optional and tickets for this event will be 50 Euro per person (10% Austrian VAT inclusive).

Tuesday, 25 June 2019 at 9:30 p.m.

The award ceremony will take place during the networking event on Tuesday 25 June. During this Ceremony, the winners of the 2019 ESHRE Awards for the best poster and oral communications will be presented. The chairpersons of the various Award Committees will present the awards.

Wednesday, 26 June 2019, from 15:30 to 16:30, in front of the Haydn rooms

The closing reception will be held after the last session of the meeting. We will say goodbye and make a new appointment for ESHRE 2020. Attendance to the closing reception is complimentary.
