Building restrictions booths

Booth spaces
  • Maximum exhibit space = 27 m²
  • You are allowed to book a maximum of two distinct booth spaces (in the same hall or in two different halls). In this case the second booth space can be max 9 m².
  • It’s not possible to book aisles
  • Deadline booth plans custom-made booths: all custom-made booth plans must undergo a review and approval by ESHRE. Booth plans should be sent to exhibit@eshre.eu before 5 February 2025.

 

The material can only be delivered through a lane and a cargo lift
The doors dimensions of the cargo lift are

1.80 width
2.0 height

Inside the cargo lift, the maximum dimensions are :

2.5 length
2.0 width
2.0 height


Building heights and hanging banners
  • Maximum building height for all booths: 2,5 metres
  • Hanging banners: it’s not possible to hang banners
  • Walls: in order to create an open exhibition environment, only 1/3 of each stand’s side facing an aisle can be covered by a wall

Stand approval

Deadline booth plans custom-made booths: all custom-made booth plans must undergo a review and approval by ESHRE. Booth plans should be sent to exhibit@eshre.eu before 5 February 2025.
