Application process 2025
The application process, pre-application requirements, application period and exam date will change as from 2025.
Here are the most important changes in a nutshell:
- ESHRE EFRM Certification is available to active ESHRE members only. Be sure your membership is active during the whole period until the publication of the results.
- Your eligibility will be validated by the EFRM Steering Committee prior to the application step.
- The online application period for the 2025 exam will be available starting 26 November 2024 (13:00 CET) until 15 January 2025 (13.00 CET) here.
- The next online EFRM exam (Part 1) will be held mid-March 2025. The exact date will be announced soon.
The online application process will now consist of two separate steps:
Step 1: Eligibility criteria validation process
The EFRM Steering Committee will validate your eligibility to sit for the EFRM – Part 1 exam.
Therefore, all applicants will first need to upload all required documents during this step.
After submitting your application, you will receive a payment link for the eligibility validation fee of 100 Euro (excl. VAT), which is an administrative charge.
Please note that the paid fee is non-refundable under any circumstance.
Only after your eligibility criteria validation has been completed and accepted, will you be able to proceed to step two: the exam payment process.
Step 2: Exam Payment process
After acceptance of your application, you’ll receive a payment link for the exam fee: 400 Euro (excl. VAT).
Only fully completed applications, for which the exam fee has been received, will be accepted to sit the EFRM exam.
Once your application is accepted, you will receive a notification sent from the application platform.
Please note that the paid fee is non-refundable under any circumstance.
