ESHRE 2024 - Payment of registration fees

Payment in Euro should be made in advance by one of the following means:

  1. Credit Card
    Enter your name exactly as it appears on the credit card, indicate type of card (American Express, Eurocard/Mastercard or Visa), credit card number CVC code and expiration date.

  2. Bank to bank transfer to ESHRE in Euro
    You will receive a proforma invoice with payment details by e-mail. Clearly mention your registration number with the bank transfer. Remittance should be free of charge to the recipient.

Important information

Registrations can only be validated and confirmed when accompanied by payment. Early rates (i.e. before 8 May 2024) only apply when registration AND payment are received BEFORE 8 May 2024. When registrations AND/OR payments are received AFTER 8 May 2024, then the corresponding late fees will automatically apply and you will need to register again.

Payments by bank transfer will only be possible until Wednesday, 1 May 2024 for standard registrations and Monday, 5 June 2024 for late registrations. Afterwards, payments can only be done by credit card.
