WELCOME TO THE PRESS & MEDIA PAGE FOR THE ESHRE 40^th ANNUAL MEETING

ESHRE warmly welcomes the interest of the press and media in relation to the 40th Annual Meeting. Here you can find out further information regarding the press and media activities at the congress and apply for a free press registration.

Press can register to join us either onsite in Amsterdam or virtually.

Registration includes access to the following:

IN PERSON PRESS REGISTRATION

• Access to all press materials
• Access to all scientific sessions, including the precongress courses
• Access to the exhibition centre
• Use of the press room (working space is provided in addition to Wi-Fi, press materials and catering)
• Interviews with experts, subject to availability (please see media policy for further information)
• Access to an interview room – this can be booked in advance, please contact the ESHRE Press Team (press@eshre.eu) to arrange a time
• All virtual press registration benefits also included

VIRTUAL PRESS REGISTRATION

• Access to all press materials
• Access to the virtual platform with live-streamed scientific sessions
• Access to all on-demand content on the virtual platform, available one week before the start of the congress
• Access to the online library of e-posters
• Virtual interviews with experts, subject to availability (please see media policy for further information)
  
  

To register as press for the ESHRE 40th Annual Meeting, please view our media policy for the credentials/documentation you will require to apply for free press accreditation.

Please complete the press registration form here. Once the form is received, it will be reviewed and, if approved, a confirmation will be sent to you with further instructions.

Please note that access to the ESHRE Meeting is for members of the medical and professional media, however relevant representatives of consumer media who require access will also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
