Safety shoes and helmets

Safety shoes and helmets are mandatory in all exhibit halls during build-up on:

• Thursday 04/07
• Friday 05/07
• Saturday 06/07

As of Sunday 07/07 it’s not necessary anymore to wear safety shoes and helmets

During dismantling the safety shoes and helmets are mandatory again in the exhibit halls on:

• Wednesday 10/07
• Thursday 11/07

Where to buy or rent safety shoes and helmets

In case you don't have safety shoes or helmets and need to access the exhibit halls before Sunday 7 July, then you can:

o Buy them beforehand in the RAI's webshop at Personal protection equipment - Safety & security (rai.nl)
o Rent them onsite. The rental fee for safety shoes is 5 Euros per day, excl. VAT. Helmets also cost 5 Euros per day, excl. VAT. It's not possible to rent safety shoes and helmets through the webshop. They can only be rented onsite at the Hospitality Crew Centre (HCC)
