• It is no surprise that different culture media give different expression profiles in human embryos
– Well established in culture of animal embryos
• BUT
• We are long way from being able to rank culture media according to their epigenetic effects in vitro
– We have almost no idea on what is a “good or bad” expression profile in a blastocyst.
