• The formulation of current ART culture media is surprisingly different
– Most media manufacturers keep their formulation secret
• There is a lack of sufficiently large prospective randomized studies to be able to rank commercially available ART culture concerning
– implantation/pregnancy/birth ‐ rates
• Different culture media may induce a difference in the phenotype of embryos and the children born
