Conclusions 1
Modern life has led to a rapid evolution of some of our concepts.
*Our environment leads to an increase pressure of the oxidative stress (OS). EDCs are now currently found in the blood of men and women. It is found even in placenta and amniotic fluids. OS leads to epigenetic anomalies
* In women , EDCs lead to resistance to stimulation: Patients should take supports of the One Carbon Cycle before staring conception (especially true for women) at least 3 months before ART (Silvestris et al. 2017, Bioreserach Open Access; Dattilo et al. JARG 2016)
A support of he 1-CC is the only way to counteract the negative effects of the EDCs
*The consumption of mixture of various vitamins and oligo-elements should be avoided , some of the oligo-elements (Cu) are generators of oxidative stress!! (Haber Weiss reaction). Some vitamins induce a “reducing stress”
HOMEOSTASIS!!!!
