Quality Control
The performance of the ART program should be analysed regularly:
IQC:
• Intra‐ operator: Recovery rate after SPT
• Pregnancy and clinical pregnancy rates (broken down by female’s age and
type of stimulation, and must include the multiple implantation rate).
• Operator performance (laboratory staff and inseminator) is to be evaluated as well.
• Operators must be tested regularly for protocol drift EQC:
Data should be bench marked against expected results, for example, data from literature or national data set
