HA analysis by CASA
 HA is defined by a Boolean argument:
VCL ≥ 150μm/s AND LIN ≤ 50% AND ALH ≥ 7μm (@60 Hz)
(Mortimer et al, Hum Reprod 13:2139, 1998)
 CASA is the only practical way to determine HA in a sperm population
 But HA tracks do not always support reliable average path calculation:
 Also, ALH is smoothing‐dependent, so its derivation is not consistent across CASA platforms
 Ideally, HA should have a smoothing algorithm‐independent definition
