Sperm Mucus Penetration and Kinematics
 The quality of sperm motility is a prime factor to be considered in semen analysis.
Achievement of intra‐ and inter‐observer standardization is essential in any method used to assess sperm motility, and observers must be properly trained.

 Mucus penetration is dependent on the concentration of motile spermatozoa in semen and the quality of their progression (kinematics).
