Materials and methods
• 13,809 CVS (June 1997- June 2009)
• PND: maternal age, US finding, antecedent, MSS of the 2nd trimester
• LTC-villi systematically
• STC-villi retrospectively (type 2 or 3 CPM, Ø type 1 CPM)
• ± control amniocentesis
• UPD testing: chromosomes 5, 6, 7, 15 and 16
• Pregnancy outcome:
– IUFD
– prematurity : < 37 WA
– Neonatal hypotrophy (< 10th, 3rd percentile)
• Control population: 198 patients
