Case Presentation
• 30 yr old with 1 term delivery followed by 4 miscarriages <10 wks
– 1st miscarriage: Trisomy 16, therefore “explained”
– 2nd, 3rd and 4th miscarriages: Euploid, therefore “unexplained”
• RPL evaluation:
– Partners 46,XX and 46,XY
– Normal uterine cavity
– Normal hormonal evaluation – Negative autoimmune testing
• Further evaluation? Endometrial Biopsy?
