   - cross sectional survey of 143 fertility specialists from Australia, New Zealand and UK - question: web-based survey.
- results:
83% of respondents offer or recommend endometrial scratching prior to IVF
From these, 92% indicate the procedure for RIF
89% of them prefer the luteal phase of the cycle prior to IVF; none recommended the procedure in the OPU/ ET days
For IUI/ natural cycles only 3.6% considered endometrial scratching as useful
-Conclusion:
-The hig proportion of fertility providers that agree to endometrial injury procedures do not reflect the conflicting evidence in literature
-Very few consider the methods useful for IUI/ ntural cycles and 1st IVF attempt
    - Objective: to assess the efectiveness and safety of endometrial injury prior to ET in women going through ART
- Methods: evaluating 14 trials that included 1063 women in the intervention group vs 1065 controls
- Results:
8/14 studies cosidered at risk of bias
The endometrial scratching favors implantation rate and live-birth rate with a RR of 1.42 (ci95 1.08- 1.85)- the success rate increasing from 26& to 28-48%
After excluding the possibly biased studies, the difference disappeared (RR 0.99)
Only one study annalysed endometrial scratching in the day of OPU, with unfavorable result on implantation (RR 0.32)
- Conclusion: moderate quality evidence favor slightly the endometrial scratching before RIF
