Antagonist Conclusions
GnRH antagonist is associated with significantly lower OHSS rate and similar pregnancy rates
respect to Long GnRH agonist protocol
There is no evidence to support that flexible or earlier (Stimulation Day 1) initiation of GnRH Antagonist is associated with
higher pregnancy rate or lower OHSS rate
respect to fixed GnRHa protocol
Flexible GnRHa protocol might be associated with a higher number of COCs
