GnRHa trigger and the exogenous progesterone free luteal phase
• OHSS low risk (≤ 14 follicles): The exogenous progesterone free luteal phase – relying only on endogenous progesterone, stimulated by one or more boluses of hCG
(Kol and Humaidan, 2013; Yding Andersen and Humaidan, 2015)
• ”Luteal coasting” in OHSS risk patients (15-25 follicles) (Kol and Humaidan, 2015)

E2> 12.000 pmol/l
≥ 15 follicles > 12 mm 0.2 mg Triptorelin
ET day 2 or 3
Daily monotoring of P after GnRHa trigger 1.500 IU hCG when P ≤ 30 nmol/l
Day 3 after OR for majority of patients
No additional luteal phase support
