Is there selection in very early pregnancy?
There is evidence that recurrent implantation failure after embryo transfer occurs in a group of women
who do not suffer recurrent early pregnancy loss RIF: 133 cycles, 60 women, 1 implanted, no EPL
control: 103 cycles, 46 women, 30 implanted, 6 EPL Could these be women who are too selective?
Recurrent pre‐clinical pregnancy loss is unlikely to be a 'cause' of unexplained infertility. Koot et al Hum Reprod 2011 26:2636‐41.
