– GnRHa 3‐6 months before IVF
• Future medical treatment:
– Oral GnRH antagonist (Elagolix) – SPRM (Ullipristal, Vilaprisan)?

Standard practice
• The preferred treatment of adenomyosis before IVF is medical treatment.
• Conservative surgery is offered only to women with focal adenomyoma and should be done similar to that of laparoscopic myomectomy.
• The justification of performing extensive surgery is questionable.
