 Horizontal sexual transmission risk:  2 x higher than HIV; 6 x higher than HCV
 ART only if fertility issues
 sperm washing not required
 vaccinate uninfected partner
 treat infected partner with ARV first if HBV DNA +ve
 Vertical mother to child transmission (MCT) risk:  < 10% if mother HbsAg +ve
 > 90% if HbeAg +ve or HBV DNA +ve  Management of neonate
