hormonal suppression seems beneficial in infertility care.
Surgery: (in experienced hands)
uterus sparing surgery is feasible and is associated
with a reduction in symptoms and an improved fertility.
UAE / US focused MRI: questionable results; not indicated in patients wishing to conceive
