Where’s the mom?
• We had an incident last year where one of the children that he’s been in pre-school with since they were two said to him, “Well you’re adopted”. And [child] said to him, “No I’m not adopted I was born through surrogacy”. And he said, “No you’re adopted, you have a mom”. And he said, “No I don’t have a mom, I have two dads, I don’t have a mom”. And he said, “Well you have to have a mom”. And he’s like, “Well I don’t have a mom”. And he’s like, and [child] was upset not that the kid said he had a mom but that he was adopted.
Where’s the mom?
• There’s one family that’s very covert. They’ve distanced us, they have rejected our children to play with them and finally the boy, their boys said to our boy “My mom and dad don’t let us play with you”...
