Obstetric Antiphospholipid syndrome
= Persistent aPL + obstetric complications
• Recurrent pregnancy loss < 10 weeks of gestation
• Pregnancy loss ≥10 weeks of gestation
• Prematurity < 34 weeks of gestation due to ischemic placental insufficiency
• Ischemic placental insufficiency can also result in fetal growth restriction (FGR), preeclampsia, eclampsia, placental abruption,
