Grade B-C recommendation:
• Neat semen sample should be used for SDF testing
• A fixed ejaculatory abstinence before collection of semen sample should be applied
• A standardized protocol with stringent quality control is essential for a reliable SDF
testing result
• SDF threshold reflects the probability on reproductive outcome

• Semen
•Minimum number of sperm ≥1 M/mL?
• Motility/Viability ≥ 30%?
