Summary & Conclusions
• Initial non‐randomized studies suggested some improvement in fertilization, embryo quality and possibly pregnancy rates < age 40 with OPC‐derived mitochondria injection
• Specifity of these improvements cannot be proven from the current data
• Further prospective‐randomized data are needed before this treatment can be considered effective and safe
