How to relieve the stress?
• Remember to ask about distress and most distressing symptoms • Target treatments
• Use screening tools
• Multidisciplinary approach
• Diagnosing correctly, avoid over diagnosing
• No ” half said sentences”  we do not want internet chat forums to educate our patients
• Be positive and make sure the women understand • It is not a disease
• PCO are actually very beautiful and lush
• PCOS related with subfertility not infertility
• The women will most likely have at least one child as often as other women
• If normal weight or reduction in weight, remember to praise
