CRISPR/Cas9‐modified SSCs regenerated spermatogenesis and displayed long‐term sperm‐forming potential following transplantation into rat testes.
Targeted germline mutations were vertically transmitted from recipients to exclusively generate “pure,” non‐mosaic mutant progeny.
