r‐LH addition Conclusions
Statistically significant positive association between rLH addition and achievement of clinical pregnancy in normal responders
The probability of clinical pregnancy rate and biochemical rate might be associated with the addition of r‐LH and in particular
in some subgroups of poor responders
In women undergoing COS for IVF/ICSI of advanced age,
the evidence is inconclusive to support a beneficial effect of r‐LH.
More evidence is required regarding the duration and dose of r‐LH supplementation
