Reproductive Outcome
Three spontaneous pregnancies: 2 months (patient 7), 4 months (patient 15) and 22 months (patient 9) after cell therapy.
Fourteen ET resulting in 7 pregnancies (50% PR) Pregnancy outcome
– 2 Biochemical pregnancies
– 2 Clinical miscarriages (PRM at 9th and 17th weeks of pregnancy) – 1 Ectopic pregnancy
– 5 Life Births ( 38.4% LB rates)
ET was not possible in patient 8 because all embryos were chromosomally abnormal, and in patient 14 no improvement in the endometrial lining.
