Criteria for the evaluation of round‐robin tests
(BÄK guideline B 4 „Semen analysis 2013“)
● The results shall be included in the certificate with three sub‐ groups: sperm concentration, sperm motility and sperm morphology.
● In order to qualify for the certificate, all results of both quality control samples have to be within the evaluation criteria (rank 1).
● Only those participants will receive the certificate who have passed all three categories of the round‐robin tests.
● Participants who do not pass in all three sub‐categories will receive a qualified statement of participation, indicating in which sub‐ category they passed or not.
● The certificate is valid for 12 months.
