COURSE DESCRIPTION: Advances in assisted ART have provided us with a wide range of treatment options and management strategies. The challenge for us now is how best to utilise and tailor these tools to the individual needs of patients and to optimise ART treatment.
The PCC will give an overview of the latest strategies for improving patient outcome with individual treatment approaches in ART.
TARGET AUDIENCE: Nurses, midwifes, counsellors, clinical embryologist and lab technicians
EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AND EXPECTED OUTCOMES: Advances in assisted ART have provided us with a wide range of treatment options and management strategies. The challenge for us now is how best to utilise and tailor these tools to the individual needs of patients and to optimise ART treatment.
The PCC will give an overview of the latest strategies for improving patient outcome with individual treatment approaches in ART.
We will discuss topics such as: predicting success for individual patients, optimizing stimulations, individualized approach to culturing embryos, going for freeze all embryos and transfer in a thawed cycle, selecting the best sperm and choosing the best technique for each patient etc.
