All participants and their accompanying persons are warmly invited to join us for the Opening Ceremony to mark the official start of ESHRE 2019. After the Opening Ceremony, all participants are officially invited to the Welcome Reception in the industrial exhibit. It will be an ideal occasion for meeting our industrial sponsors and for networking with other participants. Attendance to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception are complimentary.
ESHRE Charity run
Monday, 24 June 2019 starting at 18:30 (warm-up at 18:15)
ESHRE’s charity run gives ESHRE members and participants a chance to team up with Fertility Europe, ESHRE’s partner patient organisation, to do a little good for their own health and help raise funds for patient groups throughout Europe. Changing rooms and starting point will be signposted.
The registration fee for the run is 30 Euro per person (21 % Spanish VAT B2B inclusive). You can register for the run and/or make a donation on the extra’s page in the online registration form. It will be possible to register for the run at the onsite (self-)registration desks until Monday, 2 July.

Networking Event
Tuesday, 25 June 2019 at 20:00
All delegates are invited to take part in the “Tuesday Evening Networking Event” with finger food, drinks and entertainment at restaurant ‘Mensa’, located at the Vienna University of Economics & Business, within walking distance of the venue.
Participation is optional and tickets for this event will be 50 Euro per person (10% Austrian VAT inclusive).
Registrations onsite will be possible, but may be limited.
Awards Ceremony
Tuesday, 25 June 2019 at 21:30
The award ceremony will take place during the networking event on Tuesday 25 June. During this Ceremony, the winners of the 2019 ESHRE Awards for the best poster and oral communications will be presented. The chairpersons of the various Award Committees will present the awards.
Closing Reception
Wednesday, 26 June 2019, 15:30 - 16:30
The Closing reception will be held after the last session of the meeting. We will say goodbye and make a new appointment for ESHRE 2020. Attendance to Closing Reception is complimentary.
