Adhesions after myomectomy
• Adhesions after abdominal myomectomy are particularly disturbing in infertility patients; adhesions involving the uterus and fallopian tubes may cause infertility, when paradoxically the surgery was performed for fertility enhancement (Tulandi et al., 1993).
