Assessing bio‐inductive capacities of vascularized bioscaffold
• Creating endometrial punch scaffolds + sterilization with UV.
• Covering scaffold with a mixture of endometrial Side Population stem cells
(ICE6:epithelial - ICE7:stromal). (Cervelló et al., 2011)
• Serial cuts of organoid-like structures: H&E staining + immunofluorescence (IF) for Cytokeratin and Vimentin.
