• Risk of non eligibility during surgery (N+ or invaded
margin in frozen section)
• Switch to Chemo‐radiation if N+
• Results on fertility and pregnancy after this procedure
• De‐escalation of surgery for limited lesions ?
• Increase indications of conservative treatment ???
