Results
Mosaic embryos showed reduced developmental potential compared to euploid embryos
Mosaic embryos with low aneuploidy percentage (<50%) have higher chances to result in the birth of healthy babies compared to embryos with higher mosaicism levels (≥50%).
Mosaic monosomy have higher chances of resulting with birth of healthy babies compared to embryos with trisomy, complex or segmental aneuploidies.
Mosaic monosomy with <50% mosaicism showed the highest live birth rate compared to all other groups
No apparent evidence of mosaicism was found in the babies that have been born following the transfer of mosaic embryos.
