Case C: Man with sexual dysfunction
Mrs. and Mr. C, both 40 yrs old, 6 yrs in a „very harmonious“ partnership, married for 3 yrs.Trying to get pregnanthe: “for 1 year” she: “for 21⁄2 yrs, and the biological clock is ticking!”
He is very stressed by the living situation (“paper thin walls”) and also in his sexuality. Diagnoses: ED and PME.
“Looking back at the last six months: what factual chances did you have to get pregnant?”he: “3 times”she: “2 times”. Her gynecologist had given disposable syringes for self- insemination to her .
Both of them were not at all informed about ART procedures and about age limits in Germany concerning ART.
