460 couples starting IVF in the fertility clinics of Antwerp, Bonheiden, Bruges or Leuven
Inclusion criteria:
Dutch speaking, infertile heterosexual couples starting a first IVF cycle (with or without ICSI) in which the women is maximally 38 years old and in which both partners have a smartphone
Exclusion criteria:
- Couples who were previously treated with IVF/ICSI and/or who need preimplanation genetic testing (PGT) or donor gametes
- Couples where one of the partners has special dietary requirements or movement constraints
