• In apparently normal endometria, RIF may associate with molecular and functional changes in the uterus such as:
– abnormal endometrial microbiota, including the presence of chronic endometritis,
– poor synchronization between the blastocyst and endometrium
– and/or excessive uterine peristalsis.
